A 50% payment is required to reserve your party date and time. The remaining balance, including any applicable travel fees and additional guest charges, is due 5 days before the event, once the final guest count has been confirmed.
All payments are non-refundable, and we do not offer cancellations.
We understand that plans may change. Parties may be rescheduled when notice is provided at least 15 days before the original event date. The new party date must be scheduled within one month of the original event date and is subject to availability.
A $100 travel fee applies to ALL parties and is not included in the advertised package price.
Parties located more than 25 miles from our Gambrills location will be charged an additional $4 per mile.
Travel fees will be added to the final invoice and are not collected at the time of booking. The final invoice is due 5 days before the event.
Your final guest count is due 5 days before the party.
Up to 3 additional guests may be added at $75 per guest.
Adding additional guests does not extend the scheduled party time.
Once the final guest count has been submitted and paid, the total will not be reduced if fewer guests attend on the day of the event. No refunds, credits, or price adjustments will be issued for absent guests.
Please make sure all guests have arrived and are ready before the scheduled arrival of the Glam Spa Party Bus.
Your party will begin at the scheduled time. We cannot delay the start of the party or extend the scheduled party time to accommodate late-arriving guests.
Please arrange an appropriate parking location for the Glam Spa Party Bus before the event.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that there is a safe and accessible location for the bus to park for the duration of the party.

Due to limited space and for the comfort of our guests and Glam Spa team, adults are not permitted to remain inside the spa bus during the party.
Parents and guardians are welcome to step inside briefly when appropriate to take photos or videos, but we kindly ask that adults otherwise remain outside the bus so our team has plenty of room to create the best possible experience for the girls.
